Before purchasing a Boca beach club membership make sure to do your research. Most beach clubs are sold out by the end of June, but some may still have openings. You can also ask a friend or family member to recommend a beach club for you. There are also restrictions regarding the number of guests you can bring. You may bring up to five guests at a time.
Members must be accompanied by a Club member
To use the beach club, one must be a member of the PMIA or SHMA. The fee for non-members is $100. Parking is limited and the lot is usually full by 10 pm. The Beach Club has lifeguards, but the lifeguards do not act as babysitters. The lifeguards will only allow people to swim in the designated area. If a child wants to swim, he or she must be accompanied by a Club member.
In addition to their membership card, each member of the Beach Club is required to have a current photo of themselves on file with the establishment. If this policy is not followed, the privileges associated with membership could be revoked. The photo must have been taken within the past few years. If the photograph of a member is too old to be used, that member will be requested to submit a more recent photograph of themselves.
Unless they are accompanied by a Club member at all times, visitors are not allowed inside the cabanas or by the pool. Because the Beach Club does not provide day-use beach bracelets, guests are required to use a guest pass. Members who bring guests to the club without paying the required fee risk being kicked out of the club because this behavior is considered a violation of the club’s rules. Members may be asked to leave the facility if there are guests who are acting in an unruly manner. Trespassing on private property is also considered a violation and can result in monetary penalties.
Members of the Beach Club
Members of the Beach Club are required to stay at all times in the company of a Beach Club host. Before entering the Club, visitors are required to verify their membership status and check in at the front gate. Children and young people may remain members of their parents’ memberships until they reach the age of 26, at which point they must purchase their membership. Adults who are at least 26 years old must have a member host with them at all times. In such cases, the visitors will be denied entry.
On the beach, guests are not permitted to bring their dogs, bicycles, or any other potentially hazardous items. The SGA staff has the authority to determine whether or not an item poses a risk to members of the public and retains the right to do so. Certain items, including but not limited to skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, water pistols, and skimboards, are not permitted. In addition, members may not bring guns to meetings unless they have the appropriate permits to do so.
Company of a member
All guests are required to be in the company of a member at all times. The parking area is off-limits to visitors who are staying at the hotel. They ought to park in publicly accessible spaces. You are not permitted to park in the main parking lot or the overflow parking area. If safety concerns arise, the club maintains the right to shut the establishment. By the 15th of September, all personal things must have been removed. On certain grounds, the use of pipes is strictly banned.
Members are expected to be respectful of the personal space and legal rights of one another. They have a responsibility to behave appropriately, particularly if they are traveling with children. Members must monitor youngsters under 18 years old and not participate in indecent or aggressive conduct. If a member is found guilty of engaging in such conduct, the membership of that individual may be terminated.
Members may bring up to five guests at a time
In addition to their normal memberships, Beach club members are allowed to bring an unlimited number of friends to enjoy the beach. The maximum number of guests is five. Guests who are not accompanied by a member are required to register with the Club Manager before entering the facility. The email address of the Club Manager may be found on the section of the Beach Club website reserved exclusively for members. Guests of club members are entitled to bring one or two extra guests with them to the club; however, club members are not allowed to provide guest admission to those who are renting their property.
Both dogs and bicycles are prohibited for guests staying at this property. Dangerous things are another category that is not allowed. Skimboards, rollerblades, scooters, and water cannons are just a few examples of the kinds of things that the SGA has the authority to prohibit from the premises. Additionally, members are not authorized to carry weapons of any kind, including guns, unless they have the appropriate legal authorization to do so.
Each member is responsible for cleaning up after their respective visitors. They are responsible for placing all garbage in the containers that have been allocated for that purpose. In the event of inclement weather, the club could be required to shut down the facilities. Under these conditions, the management retains the authority to either temporarily suspend or permanently alter the established protocols. In addition, by the 15th of September, members are required to have all of their things removed from the premises. Pipe smoking is strictly prohibited within the club.
Members are expected to be respectful
It is required of members of the beach club to conduct themselves in a way that is polite and courteous, as well as to abide by the regulations of the beach club. This includes avoiding bringing dogs into the property and not bringing anything that might be harmful. Because of the club’s strict stance on safety, the establishment has the authority to refuse entry to anybody carrying certain things. Items such as bicycles, skateboards, skimboards, rollerblades, and water cannons are examples of things that are not allowed. In addition, guns and other types of weapons of any kind are not allowed, regardless of whether or not a permit is required to possess them.
Rental bikes
Without purchasing a Party Permit, members are only allowed to have a maximum of ten guests with them at any one time. This pertains to visitors who are members themselves or who are the adult offspring of members. The beach club has a strict no-alcohol policy and does not allow visitors to bring in rental bikes or drinks. To improve the level of safety provided, members are obligated to have their vehicle keys with them at all times. In addition to this, it is required of them to abide by the Club’s policies concerning minors.
