Tegucigalpa, the capital of Honduras, is one of the most underrated and exciting cities in Central America. It has a lot of history, some good food, and there are some things you can do that are off the beaten path but still super cool! 1) Hot Air Balloon Rides

3) Rock Climbing

From there, you’ll head off on your ATV and spend 4 hours mountain biking through five different trails that vary from easy to difficult. You can tackle hills of up to 35 degrees and reach speeds of 30 km/hr—or just sit back and enjoy stunning views while being guided by trained guides who know all about flora, fauna, geology, hydrology and history.
4) Horseback Riding Tours
